Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Nyuki Tech Digital Platform, developed and owned by Grecom. By registering or accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Platform Description

The Nyuki Tech Digital Platform is a honey value chain management system that supports beehive registration, IoT monitoring, honey collection and testing, logistics tracking, farmer payments, and e-commerce. The platform is operated by Grecom and is intended for registered beekeepers, field agents, cooperatives, and partners in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials confidential and not sharing them with others.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notifying your platform administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Permitted Use

You agree to use the platform only for its intended purposes. You must not attempt to access data belonging to other users, interfere with platform operations, upload false or misleading information, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

5. Data Accuracy

Users are responsible for ensuring that all information they enter into the platform — including farm data, honey collection records, and payment details — is accurate and complete. Grecom is not liable for decisions made based on inaccurate data submitted by users.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and intellectual property on the Nyuki Tech Digital Platform are owned by Grecom. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission from Grecom.

7. Limitation of Liability

Grecom is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. The platform is provided on an 'as is' basis, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Democratic Republic of Congo. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the DRC.
